In order to book a service call you will require the model and serial number of the appliance. These are usually found on a white or silver label that is located on the inside of the appliance. If you purchased your appliance from Colony after December 2009 then you can give us a call and we will provide you the complete details or your appliance(s).

All that is required is to phone in the model number of the appliance and an accurate description of the appliance replacement parts required. Payment can be made by either Visa or Master Card. Orders are shipped via DHL or Purolator and each includes $12 freight handling charge to all standard orders. Oversized shipments may be charged a higher rate. All orders received by 4:00PM Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. All orders received after 4:00PM will be shipped the following business day.
Purchased appliance replacement parts can be returned for a full credit if the part is returned in new and unused condition within 30 days of shipping. Special order parts and electrical parts are not returnable. All parts that fail will be exchanged subject to each manufacturer’s warranty policy.
